How long will Click 12 take to reply my email enquiry?
Email enquiries will be replied within 24 hours, however, due to large number of incoming emails everyday, we may take up to 42 hours to reply certain emails. Emails sent during weekends will take more than 24 hours to reply.
Why are the products sold in such a low price by Click 12?
We are selling items that are way cheaper than the market because we do not have high rental price or wages. Our items can be 50% to 90% cheaper than the retail market and we assure that the quality will be the same. We import our stocks from other part of the world in bulk so that we have a low cost price and able to sell to our customers at low retail price.
What if my item(s) reached me defective?
We assure that all item(s) sent out are working in good condition, however, items may be damaged due to posting. We will try our very best to come out with a win-win solution with customers.
What if my item(s) is lost by postage?
We encourage customers to opt for the $3.50 registered postage so that you could track your item(s) from singapore post with a given registered number. Normal postage will not be given any tracking number.
Does Click 12 Deliver to Overseas?
Postage will only be made for Singapore addresses, we will not mail postage to overseas addresses.
How can I pay for my items?
We currently only accept bank transfer to our account. Concealed cash is not recommended unless under some circumstances and is solely responsible by customers.

Can I do Cash On Delivery or meet up?
Cash on Delivery (COD) and meet up will only be made when customer purchase S$25.00 or more in single order from us and only to selected areas.
